Thos. Kirkpatrick Diamond Rivi¨¨re Necklace

Created circa 1900 by the New York society jeweler, Thomas Kirkpatrick, this rivi¨¨re necklace is composed of approximately 21 carats of diamonds. It is designed as a graduating line of 71 old European-cut diamonds set in platinum-topped 18K gold, the central stone with retractable bail, and completed by a box clasp. A handmade jewel of delicate minimalism, these lively diamonds read like a line of sparkling light along the neck.
